Turkey’s digital asset platform Paribu acquired a majority stake in Bahrain- and Dubai-based CoinMENA in a deal valuing the company at up to $240 million. The acquisition is described as Turkey’s largest fintech transaction to date and its first cross-border purchase of a digital asset platform.
