📌 Police identify suspect in Canada mass shooting
Police in British Columbia identified 18-year-old Jesse Van Rootselaar as the suspect in the Tumbler Ridge shootings. The attack left eight people dead and more than 25 injured, and the suspect was found deceased at the scene. Authorities had previously responded to mental health-related calls at his home and seized two firearms. The motive remains unclear, and investigators believe he acted alone.
